Today is a very special day for a long life friend of mine. Chef Erin French of The Lost Kitchen was named by Eater Maine as Maine’s Chef of The Year today! I attended the soft opening of Erin’s new restaurant in Freedom this June and just realized today that I never shared the photos of that amazing night!! So today couldn’t be more fitting to raise a glass and share with you the fantastic things that are happening at the Mill at Freedom Falls.
This win is very special for Erin. Her journey to restaurant owner is an amazing one and I feel so privileged to have documented some of this journey over the last couple years. I have known Erin since we were five years old so this is especially sweet to see her win.
Congratulations Erin. I’m so proud of you!
