The 1812 Farm Maine Indian Wedding

When Sowmya and Zach started to plan their wedding, it was an easy decision to throw a destination wedding in Maine. They had come to visit the lighthouse on Pemaquid Point only a few days after their engagement and thought to themselves, “When we get married, this would be a perfect place to do it.” A year later, here we were! Their day started with a traditional Indian wedding ceremony at The 1812 Farm in Bristol, followed by lunch with their family and friends. Later in the day we all gathered at the lighthouse in Pemaquid for their American ceremony.

Today I’ll be sharing part one of this stunning, August wedding. The Indian ceremony was colorful and joyful and was such fun to document. And with the team of Sweetest Thing Weddings and E Grace Designs at the helm of creating a gorgeous space, it was  bound to be a beautiful day.
