I am delighted to share this post today, because today is Vanessa’s 15th birthday. I was lucky enough to be able to spend time with her last week while she was on April school vacation for an afternoon of portraits. We shared stories of awkward teenage angst, having to do homework on your vacation, reading Romeo & Juliet and not understanding what the heck you were reading (ok, maybe that was just me. Shakespeare was never my thing). I absolutely adore this girl and am glad that I’ve gotten to know her this year. I look forward to many more photo shoots in the future.
