Adding to my string of beach sessions this summer were the Grant family! I’ve known Jesse and Moraima for many years, and photographed their wedding in Puerto Rico five years ago. They recently moved to Portland, Maine and while I was home visiting and working, we got together for a fun session on the beach. We knew that there was going to be a rain storm that night so at the very last minute I bumped the session up an hour to make sure we could beat the rain. We just barely made it! But it was so worth it and we got some beautiful beach photos. It was so wonderful seeing them after all these years and getting a chance to play with the kids.
