Taking a little break from weddings today, I’m very excited to share my first ever national newspaper publication. Chef Erin French of The Lost Kitchen in Freedom, ME has been getting a lot of press lately for her win as Maine’s Chef of the Year by Eater Maine as well as the announcement of her new cookbook that will be coming out in the months ahead. I have been documenting some Erin’s restaurant journey’s over the last year and half and a photo from one of my most recent trips to her new restaurant was used in a New York Times feature in the Sunday paper.
