A few weeks before the arrival of their third baby girl I got to spend some time at home with this wonderful family in Katy. They had hired me to photograph the birth, but knowing this was their last baby, they also wanted to capture a little bit of home life with the two girls before their sister arrived. I absolutely love family photo sessions at home because the kids are in a comfortable place where they feel at ease to play and let loose, show me their things, and really make me feel welcome. It captures their personalities in a way that isn’t forced. It’s just kids being kids! So after a little play time inside, and some snuggles with mom and dad, we spent the end of our session outside on the neighborhood playground.
